HAULMAAX® — Heavy-duty Rubber Suspension
HAULMAAX® is a premium rubber suspension designed for vocational applications where durability, light weight and driver comfort are essential. HAULMAAX's innovative design includes rubber bolster springs coupled with an auxiliary spring that provides a superior combination of empty ride quality and loaded stability. The lightweight design offers up to 690 lbs. of weight savings versus competitive vocational rear tandem suspension. In addition, up to 17 inches of diagonal articulation help keep the axle in traction for superb off-road mobility.

PRIMAAX® EX — Heavy-duty Rear Air Suspension

With its rugged, weight efficient design, PRIMAAX® EX is a premium heavy-duty rear air suspension that delivers advanced suspension technology for the rigorous demands of vocational, severe-service, and heavy-haul applications. The system features a new robust structural design with optimized suspension geometry for improved stability, handling and ride. Suspension-induced driveline vibration is significantly reduced with PRIMAAX EX compared to competitive trailing-arm air suspensions. In addition, new air springs fill faster and lift and support the load with less air pressure.

Capacity: 23,000 lbs. - 78,000 lbs.
Application: Approved for vocational and heavy-haul vehicle applications including, but not limited to: truck, tractor, dump, front and rear discharge mixer, refuse, logging, platform, fire/rescue, specialty and vehicles equipped with outriggers.


AR2™— Heavy-duty Air Suspension
The AR2™ delivers a better ride, longer life, and lighter weight for more payload capacity, improved durability for less downtime, high articulation capabilities for on/off road applications and designed and manufactured components that deliver more comfort and even better system performance. AR2 suspension has over 5 years of proven performance in the global vocational markets. Available in conversion or complete kit form.

Application: Approved for vocational truck applications, such as dump under 18 feet, crane/boom and platform applications.

Superior ride quality for increased driver comfort and equipment protection. HAS 400, HAS 402 and HAS 460 approved for use with one lift axle. HAS 402 and HAS 460 approved for up to 25% off-highway use.

Designed for single, dual and tri-steer applications, the Hendrickson PARASTEER HD front air system is a uniquely designed suspension with no fixed steer axle spacing constraints. This provides excellent axle spacing flexibility, allowing the end user, chassis manufacturer and body manufacturer to work together to obtain the optimum weight distribution for the application.

RT™/RTE™ Series — Steel Leaf Spring Suspensions
RT™/RTE™ Series is a durable steel spring suspension with a legacy of over 70 years of reliability in the most severe applications. Hendrickson-designed springs provide a consistent spring rate for longer life as the equalizing beams distribute load equally between both axles for improved traction. READY-TO-ROLL® (RTR)

Under Beam Lift (UBL) Systems
The lightest lift axle system for trailers using INTRAAX. Provides INTRAAX AAT and AAL systems with lift capability to increase operational flexibility, trailer manueuverability and tire life. Compact, rugged and easy to operate. Half the weight of the competitors' systems. Fewer moving parts for easier service. No chains, cables or other metal-on-metal wear points.

A variety of pneumatic and electronic control products such as backup alarm, remote QUIK-DRAW activation, lift axle controls and height control valves.

The TIREMAAX tire inflation system supplies an answer to fundamental tire under-inflation issues. This patented system automatically inflates tires that are below their target pressure setting using air from the trailer air tank. TIREMAAX helps protect your trailer from the increased maintenance expense and reduced productivity and fuel mileage caused by running with low tire pressure.
Hendrickson offers a full line of non-integrated trailer axles for the global commercial and industrial markets. Available in numerous spindle types, capacities and axle tracks, straight and bent tubes, drum or disc brakes, 12¼- to 20-inch brakes and many RTR wheel end, slack adjuster and brake chamber options, we have an axle to fit your air-ride or mechanical spring trailer application.

Formed from a technologically advanced composite material of stainless steel bonded to an aluminum substrate, AERO-CLAD bumpers are 40 to 60 percent lighter than chromed steel bumpers. With a finish 10 times thicker than chrome plating, the clad material provides a mirror bright surface that resists corrosion–even after damage from impact. New compression forming technology make possible unique aerodynamic designs.

Composite Fiber Technology
